when did you get anger/tension/frustration about somethings or situation around you? or if it a person?
How will do you react?
How will do you control it?

If its really bad, I get out of the house for a bit. Go for a drive, maybe get out of the city and go for a hike in the woods.

Or ill hop on my motorcycle and go for a little throttle therapy. That always does it for me. Never pissed off after a ride.

Step 1) Get off the internet

Step 2) Stay off the internet

Step 3) Do something cool without internet

Step 4) Go to step 1

You're welcome.

Master "emotional intelligence". Seriously, look it up.

In the past, I would just explode.

Now days, I take a deep breath, walk away and chill. As time passes you start to relax and then you’ve avoided a big confrontation and pointless stress.

Something that sticks with me as well is tothink about looking back on the current situation, in say 1 week or 1 months time, and considering how insignificant the issue would seem from that viewpoint. That helps to put what seems like a really annoying or stressful situation, into perspective.

Just do the things which you love.. I listen to music whenever i am sad or too stressed it helps me to take my mind off during tough times.

Why are you so wise oh Biggie Smalls of BHW?

Please don't wank/watch pornography to deal with your anger, frustration and/or tension.

It's merely a short-term solution that causes a long-term problem and gradually re-wires your brain. You won't notice it at first of course.

Do this instead. Or go for a walk.

Take a deep breath and pause life for a moment.
