Sounds like you were sandboxed by google.

Did you blast those scrapebox links directly to your site? If so, that is the reason.

Also, if you were getting 5UV a day before then were you not tracking your keywords? Check to see where they are now.

:( You got sandboxed by Google due to the SB blast...

I would either wait it out or continue to build links to make it look natural.

Keep building QUALITY links and stop blasting your main site with crap links until you regain your ranks

Yes if not taken carefully. It's like if you ate a teaspoon of salt vs you ate 20 gallons of salt. Eating a little is good for your body but if you ate 20 gallons you're killing your body, or serps in this case.

Most fiverr (ScrapeBox) gigs are crap, especially when buyer gets hyped by number of offered blasted links.
You see, those links usually are utter shit, they are from spamed and possibly pages with malware because sellers don't wanna waste time checking and removing infected pages with malware checker.

Sorry to hear about what happened to your site BUT that's Your own fault
5000 UV a day is a dream for most bloggers and Webmasters.
You achieve this and then you got greedy and screwed it up!

you should now that a 20,000 link blast from Scrape box and from someone
you don't know will kill your site. (I assume that you are a newbie)

If I was you I would do some guest blogging on reputable sites so that
    you get your authority back.
