from 00webhost to other webhost?

Transfer you files and your databases. You may have to edit your files so they correspond to the correct databases.

have paid for 3 months just to trying if this working or not.but i need someone can helping me about export all my files from 00webhost and apload it at godaddy. thank you
Best hire a freelancer or google a guide showing you how to do it.
One of the easiest ways to understand it is by watching a video on Youtube. Other than that, get your data base and files from 000webhost and ask godaddy if they will do it for you. Nearly all good webhosts will transfer a site for you, just a shame that Godaddy is not particularly good. You could see if anyone offers this service on Fiverr.com. It is not really a difficult process to do if you know how.
Do not hire someone from fiverr and give read access to your database let alone more privileges... Definitely look to do it yourself. Research first, otherwise pay someone that has reputation and is a respected member here.
It shouldn't be hard to export your database yourself through phpmyadmin or some other GUI as most hosts have cPanel. You'd simply need to create a new database with the same name, create the same user\access as previous on your godaddy server, and then upload all your tables fields\types and values .You can just import it at that point.
You'd very likely need to change paths on any scripting you had done though.
If you don't even have a database, all you need to do it download everything from your server through a FTP onto a folder on your computer, and then reupload it under the godaddy ftp info they'll give you.
Let people know what CMS you have, if any, along with other details, as it could be more involved. Otherwise just hire a freelancer that knows what to do for your specific case.
