From 0 to hopefully something by learning MQL5

Hi Blackhat newbie here who is also a newbie to coding. Although I'm new to coding I'm not new to forex trading and have been and on and off trader for about 2 years now and I just don't really have the time with college to be a full time day trader.
So I've started learning MQL5 which is basically a special flavor of C++ that runs in metatrader 4/5. By hsrnessing the power of youtube tutorials I have managed to code a few automatic trading bots, they nothing really spectacular or special. Just trading strategies people use but automated.

I'm still a beginner in this language really so my goals so far is just to code 3 bots a week, just try and automate whatever trading strategy I can.

In terms of monetization goals? I have absolutely no idea. One might say to sell these bots but I have no knowledge on how to find the people that would want to buy a trading bot or how to sell it to them with the risks involved in trading. I guess a further of goal in the future is getting good enough in the language to start taking commissions for other people. But that's still ways off

With the same power of YouTube, you can find lots of people that want to buy a trading bot, or even on Telegram and Discord.

After you learn MQL5, probably you want to get on with Pine Script too.

Update week 1: ended up procrastinating my entire week away by ruining my sleep schedule and trying to fix it. But now I'm back on track
Completed 2 bots both based on some youtuber trading strategies I've found
But I've encountered a major hickup where both seem to be not working as intended. Think I'm just going to spend some time and going through forums to figure out why they not working
Should be some valuable experience

Update week 2 : Made alot of progress this last week, other than fixing the bots that where not working properly I've made a few more. Going to stop focusing on making as many as possible but just focus on making ones that I would actually use.
Made a twitter account as well to get in touch with the forex community on there as well (Saw someone's gold trading strategy and just copied it into a bot and it's working pretty well far)

Now onto week 3
Hoping this week I can further deepen my knowledge time series analysis and to. Try and apply that to my bots to improve their win rates

Mid week update : I have hit a wall of some sorts, an improvement hurdle that's affecting my motivation to continue going
I've gotten pretty efficient at coding in mql4/Mql5 and am by no means a pro but I can pretty much the bots follow along what ever strategy I find it's optomizing them that has become a hurdle. I only know about 2 people irl that I have asked to help me test out my bots but that's about it. I don't really receive any feedback that can me improve them or anything and just spend my days just doing nothing.
I need to find some motivation and fill this time gap. With something to. Help me improve

You can sell bots on BHW itself. Better is to get ideas for demand and then design the bot.

Consider making a Reddit post on r/algotrading brother. They have a Discord server too. I wish you the best of luck in your journey. I need to dig into MT before I try rolling my own algo system. Cheers!

New week update :
I have found more motivation to continue working. I just started dming people on Twitter and managed to land myself 1 potential client who asked me to make a bot for them that they want to sell to a telegram group chat they have of 400 people. Honestly I'm not to all sure about the 400 people gc they have but having a commission and something to do is always welcomed

I have joined the algotrading discord and there's alot to learn, sadly it's currently out of my scope but I'm willing to learn more and dig deeper into algo trading
