From 0$ to +10.000$/M using Multi AI Service Bot

This year has been the worst for me, as mentioned in my last Journey I lost everything and started from scratch hoping to make a fortune again.

In my last Journey, I started a adult website a video host and many other projects but all of them failed it's very hard to have success on a new website.

Story:
I do visite FB and Tiktok very often especially at morning, drinking a black coffee and browsing just wasting time,

From time to time I noticed some AI ads Kissing Trend, Hugging Trend, Language Tutor, Photos... Some are also selling
ChatGPT for few bucks

I wanted firstly to do the same until I noticed in the comments others asking for grok Claude, Deepseek fully working version

Then I got the Gold Idea !

How about a Ai Bot with all of them and many others like Qwen, Llama, Gemini and 30 others ?

I started building from scratch during my work I got more and more ideas to implement

I implemented the AIs and tought oh it will be also nice to have a story teller, horror stories, Joke bot, Fashion Bot, Cooking chef Bot.

After that I started doing researches and found some apps/websites already have them, and they ask for high pricing

What I noticed ?

No Audio, No Images just chat is pretty Boring

I said oh that's my chance I started also working hard and implemented image generations and speech during the chat, which allow users to choose between 50 Real Like voice

For example choosing horror bot can start talking with a horror voice and each message it includes a scary image

For puzzle bots they can generate puzzles + Image and talking directly.

Same for Cooking Chef etc.

I gave it to some friends for test everyone liked it, the only issue they are too lazy too write text

I said OK no problem and started also working on recording option with multi language, no matter if arabic french or english the speech is translated automatically to text make it easier for people


After that I noticed some ads about photos, I said okay the multi AI bot already can generate images in chat lets make it generate images too

I started then working on image generations too

Finally I got also the idea for Video Generations and working on it currently before release the project officially

I will start with 50$ x 4 on YouTube, Tiktok, Google, FB/Insta total 200$ for 7 days

This will help to find the best one and work in it, for Tiktok we will do mostly Image/Video virals ads.


Revenue Model:

Subscriptions based from 5$ to 60$ per month.
Many will be asking why 5$ ?

Simple, with 5$ users will have like 100$,5 min voice, and like 10.000 token to premium models otherwise they will need to use text-only which everyone will avoid after checking the quality of the service

Or better we can call it simply 5$ Trial.

Future Plans:
Android App, 3D graphic for story tellers Bots

Why I believe this will be huge success,

Since the bot has so many functions there is many ways to get good sales, like a all in one solution for learning languages, story telling, cooking receipts, image creations, shorts videos creating, so the choose for marketing videos is huge.

Small update not much ...

Today I got the idea to target developpers like me, of course I believe the same problem I face daily many developpers are facing it too, i'm sure many developpers are watching this thread

Story:
Sometimes I get stuck with coding, and I do ask ChatGPT , or Claude , and sometimes Deepseek for help, writing the same codes page each time you chat with one of them is really time wasting
I already have Claude and ChatGPT subscription, I wanna try Grok I heard it's good, but can't afford it I already pay 40$ between the 2 AIs, and planning to cancel one of them soon

Motivation:
Sell me this Pen!, I think everyone heard about it, but why would I sell you a Pen if you don't NEED IT?
Of course if I say oh I have a Bot that can write codes for you, I believe most developpers will answer like ? why should I pay for it doesnt deepseek or ChatGPT offer it for free?
So basically it's the same story as sell me this pen when you have one already

But Wait! Actually I will sell you this Pen! and here is how...

Solution:
As said before, it's something that I'm gonna use personally as developper, so i'm sure many will be interrested

What if you can code and chat in a single chat but instead of ChatGPT only , You Chat with multiple AIs with the same code base !
If ChatGPT cannot give you the right answer or code, you just select another AI [ChatGPT, Claude, Deepseek, Gemini, Grok etc ] and click "Regenerate" , the codes you are working on are automatically sent to the new AI, this will speed up productivity and results and drop down the cost extremly!


So for now what we have in total

- 50 Bots ( story telling, puzzle solving, comedy, Tutor, etc )
- Chat with Voice and Images
- Image Generations
- Developper Chat with top AIs (still in dev)
- Video Generations (still in dev)
- Multi Language (still in dev)
- Paypal, Crypto , And Visa payment gateway (Not yet)

I was planning to target paid ads only , but after the last idea of Developper Chat I will be targetting Redit as well

Wow that's quite the journey! Sounds like you've been through the wringer but it's cool you're bouncing back. That AI bot idea is pretty wild especially with the voice and image stuff. To update this thread again, I can't believe that I made this on the 16 Mars ! And i'm still working on it for over 16h a day

What has been done so far

- Subscription System and point system
- Image Generations added multiple models
- Video Generations with multiple models
- New Music Generations

The dev progress is at 98% only bug fixes for now.

What Next ?

- Bought the domain officially today.
- Im looking for a payment provider now taking a look at Paddle, Stripe and others checking the best one.

Preparing a good marketing video for ads.

Yes I do use cursor and Roo code and claude but mostly for frontend and mobile optimization works well with tailwind,
Never allow AI to write the backend

Just for Auth for example it's going to write a bunch of useless codes in all pages, instead of using a single middleware.

OK it's time for a update


After arround 3 months of work our platform is finally ready

- Sent application to Paddle for review
- Budget of 200$ to spend in FB ads, Tiktok, YouTube, Google
- Preparing 2 advertising videos one for AI Chat Service and one for Videos, Images, Music

As for the business what we have now ?

Models:
- Choosing from many models like Chatgpt, Deepseek, Claude and latest models like Gemini 2.5 Pro, Llama 4 and 30 others like Qwen etc

Bots:
- Choosing from over 100 Bots including story telling, Cooking, Fashion, Tutor, Coding

Voice:
Choosing from 200 different voices to use with the models/bots

The users are able to speak directly using Microphone to any bot/model they are using, for the reply it can be text and one from the 200 voice they choosed similiar to whatsapp.

Image Generations
Users are able to generate images from over 10 models including Midjourney, Leonardo and other popular models.

Video Generations

- Users are able to generate videos based on text or Image to video for consistency

- Users are able to generate effects like Kissing trend, Hugging Trend with 2 images and more then 50 different effects

Music Generations:

Users are able to generate high quality music based on lyrics or automatic

AudioBook:

Users are able to generate stories directly and get the direct mp3 for the story.


We will start advertising very soon I will keep this thread updated on how much sells and budget is used.

Hi Guys, it's time for a update:

- We have finished our homepage ( based on 20 feedbacks it's the most beautiful homepage they ever saw )

- We have completed our dashboard

- We added 10 languages for the homepage and dashboard

For Pricing to engage more users we introduced the following

5$ Plan which gives 550 points
10$ Plan / 1200 points
20$ points / 2500 points
30$ points / 4000 points
Pay as you go 1000 points / 10$ without expire.

How users can use them ?

- Image Generations costs between 3 points and 30 points based on the model
- Video Generations starting from 80 points
_ Music same thing

For chat it's based on 1M tokens/word each model has different pricing Claude latest for example charge 6000 points per 1M
Gemini like 800 points per 1M...



But, Sadly our paddle application got rejected we have also tried with 2checkout, Fastspring all of them rejected propably they accept only companies who knows

Actually this problem is slowing us down, but anyway,

We will start now only in 1 country and accept Paypal and Local Bank Transfers to see how the business is doing

2 advertising videos are ready, we are still preparing 3 others

Monday we will start with FB ads first, we will do 5 advertising videos each at 5$ that's in total 25$ and let them run for 24h

After the 24h we will start adjusting by removing low converting videos and re-balance the funds again.

Meanwhile we are still trying to find a payment gateway to work with in order to start selling internationally
