I used to stay at 70kg all the time, which is pretty good for me, and I'm about 183cm tall.

As I said before, I can run faster and jump farther and I love that weight.

Since the virus I've been home office a lot, less exercise and more late nights. Maybe that's not fat based on my height. But I feel physically weak, my stomach is fat while my limbs are thin.

I have successfully lost weight twice, the first time in July 2022, after running 10KM every day for a month and eating only salad and fruits every day, I lost 10kg, but I don't want to do that again now.

The second time in March 2023, I traveled to an Arab country on business but it happened to coincide with Ramadan and it was very hot. Since I wasn't used to eating the local food (I'm from Asia) so I just drank as much water as I could every day so I lost another 10Kg in two months!

By today my weight reached 89.40kg.

My plan:
1, I want to start drinking a cup of Americano every morning first, it will make me not want to eat and it will cause me to have diarrhea;
2. to do some anaerobic exercise, because I don't have too much time compared to before and I don't want to do too much cardio;
3, I had planned not to eat at night but it didn't work out, now I live with my family and if I don't eat my daughter won't eat either;
4, no more drinking (I regretted it when I said that, it's a good friend's birthday this week and I think we're having a party)
5. a better routine, (in short no more going to bed at 4-5am)

I hope it will work out!

Best of luck,
It's easier to fast in the morning than night,
Also, make sure to focus on what's you're eating, protein, fat & fibre should get the priority

I weight 86 kg at 183 cm.

my stomach is almost flat and my limbs are heavy,

My recommendation.

1. Pump iron.
2. Eat with 100 - 500 calories deficit everyday. No more.
3. Pump iron.
4. Little cardio.
5. Pump iron.
6. Make more money.

2g of protein per kg.

Regards

1. Good. Like smoking cigarettes but will backfire. :P
Cortisol is gonna be big.
Just eat a little protein with your coffee. It's not gonna be so harsh.
2. Very important is to pump iron and burn calories. You can do quick weighlifting which will make you burn more calories than anaeorbic exercise.
3. Doesn't matter. Hours don't influence physics / metabolism like they write in the news. It's a myth.
4. No comment. I would party and 29 other days of the month not party. SImple as that.
5. Doesn't influence your weight gain as long as calorie deficit and weighlifting routine is in check.

Good advice bro @reaaski , my house is not suitable for lifting weights. But I got the pushup tool, ab rollers, exercise headphones.

I actually don't want to lose too much weight this time, I want to look strong, not have a fat stomach and a fat face. (I have a bad habit, I like to eat betel nut, if you know what kind of food it is, it makes my face look like his)

Im from 101kg to 86. In 2 years. What i did is intermittent fasting.

Start with skip meal, then 12 hour, 16 hour and until once meal a deal.

Hard to to make our routine. I didnt exersice, just 3 times a month.

For me dont see yourself in 2 3 month. Just enjoy the flow, and watch yearly, no stress

Hahaha
I'm also in the process of losing weight, I think fasting will help us gain weight after a period of not fasting anymore.
You can create a habit for yourself to record all the calories you eat in a day.
Exercise regularly to help the body burn calories....
I advise you not to starve yourself to lose weight.
Wishing you success in losing weight.
