Friends account got hacked

Recently my friends account got hacked, hacker changed password and email address, what should be done in such a situation,

can any moderator reset the password if i tell my old email address,?

Just to add the user is "leena"; It would be great if the admin or anyone can reset the old email address so that the user can request a new password.
