Hi,

Anyone here knows where to send an e-mail to cancel a subscription?
Their support e-mail comes with a failure delivery. I sent them 6 messages via the contact form, still no answer.

if you've made the subscription via paypal, then you can cancel it in paypal > my profile > my money > auto approved payments.

But since you've made this thread, i'm guessing its via Credit Card?

Exactly :) I never heard any serious business to have such issues. Not to mention they took $1 when the so-called FREE account was made. It's not about that buck, it's about ethic. You can't call something free and without mentioning anywhere, take any amount from the people's CC; and above all give no option to cancel the subscription.

Seems a lot of people have the same issue, read complaints on their FB page (which isn't too active since past few months)

May be call your CC company, make a chargeback/ ask them to stop payments to that provider?

Dunno how it works there, but I get. In any case, I am pretty amazed that complaints appeared just on Facebook.
