Does anyone use FRESH STORE BUILDER for amazon affiliate? If you have; have you had any luck with it, and was it convenient?

I tried it for a week but the product was a bit clunky for me. If you're used to lots of control over how your WP sites look, well FSB sort of takes over WP and you are basically stuck with what it spits out.
Interestingly, they've been silent as crickets with my $97 refund request. There's a 30 day money back guarantee, and I've emailed 7 times since Sept 15. Even opened a paypal disupute, which they've so far ignored.

My experience w/ FSB...
I bought it a couple years ago, liked it. but had problems with it. Like unable to recognize an apostrophe (special character) in Amazon's descriptions when doing automated hyperlink & string changes. Which messed up my target keywords. But great tool if fixed by now...
Also, some images didn't display and were replaced because of some silly programming error scraping strings w/ special characters in them. I tried to explain it to them, but meh... Took them literally over a year to respond to simple questions on their registered support board.
Anyway, it has been awhile and I'm sure the bugs are fixed (I'd hope/hoping). It really was a awesome program to be honest. Which makes it suck even more when you come across a bug that effects your SEO efforts.
Plus the newer version has some neat features I've heard like a 10 second store and what not....
I got tired of explaining his programming mistakes to him (them) and decided to write my own script. It's pretty slick. it builds a responsive webpage (site) about a product and only needs Amazon's ASIN.
I'm going to install the new version, maybe I'll start a thread if I'm able...
