Fresh start or with PR domains?

Hello I want to start a niche site or maybe more sites at the same time. Shall I buy a PR4+ sites (If yes, where can I find nice auctions?) or start new and fresh?

Yeah I was looking something like this but where can I find a good expired domain with good history

If you able to find some good pr domain than go with that else you already have last option of fresh start.
