All but these (see below) are Planetlab/Codeen, which is not in the slightest anonymous for anything blackhat at all. Planetlab IPs DO change your IP address, but they log activity on their servers and are not at all recommended for actual anonymization.

They're good for things like Tube Increaser or clumsy proxy clickers, bad for everything else.
