fresh new WP theme design needed

Hi

I need someone to help me out with a new fresh WP design.
no special graphics or banners are needed I need it "clean".
it should look like a static website (though running on WP).
it should be in utf-8 charecters with rtl

It's a software I got from this forum, it's idiot proof.

You can have a cool looking theme in less than 5 minutes.

If you still want to pay someone for a theme I will do themes for just $3 a piece.
