Always looking for ways to make extra money. This is not my first time in Social Media (I put about 3 months into Tumblr - Got about 750+ Followers, then realized Tumblr sucks comparatively). But definitely my first time in this niche (weed pics/comics) and on Instagram.

Just started yesterday not using a bot right now just liking others photos and commenting. Goal is to be up to 50 followers before today is over.


Stats:

Followers: 32 Following: 32


Any tips would be hugely appreciated! I'm brand new in this thing and looking for any help. Thanks!!!

The goal is to monetize it through CPAGrip/Shoutouts/Website - After I gain a substantial following.

Update (Pre-End of Day Update - I'll be posting more on Instagram just not here)


Followers: 42 (+10) Following: 40 (+8)

Still got money time to make some good posts (6pm/2am) - Going to get to 50 no doubt.
 
Good luck. I recently started my journey as well. 7 days = 950 followers. Do you use bot?
 
Here's something I posted on a similar thread.

I built my account manually and here's what I'd suggest -
1. Follow 100-150 people every hour. Do this for as long as possible,all day. This way you'd see at least 500 followbacks a day and you'll grow pretty fast.
2. Start unfollowing after the 2nd day of Following people (give them time to login to instagram and check their feeds)
3. Use at least 1 third party app except the stock Instagram app to follow/unfollow people. - I would use Instagram and Instafollow(on play store) to Follow people. You can use Instafollow to also check for people who aren't following you back and you can unfollow them.

I would suggest you to get a bot since doing all those tasks manually will only increase the amount of time it takes and slow everything down! While a bot would speed up things so that you can work on more than one account and achieve a lot more followers easily.

You can also try some of the Instagram Marketing services from the BHW Marketplace which will give you a boost to jumpstart your Instagram journey and get you a lot of followers very quickly!
 
I really dont understand what the point of doing it manually is... youre basically being the bot.

Using a bot now. Quick Update:

Followers: 129 (+87)

I'm laying off following for today, just liking/commenting for now.

Also likely adding another account in a different niche. We'll see!
 
Alright, added another account in unrelated niche. Last update of the day:

Stats:

Account 1: 185 Followers (+56)
Account 2: 0 Followers (+0)
 
Update after the weekend:

Account 1: 346 followers (+161)

Account 2: 79 followers (+79)

Acccount 1: 513 followers (+100)

Account 2: 335 followers (+175)


My second account is growing like crazy. About to start unfollowing once it reaches ~500 followers. First account I'll start unfollowing ~750 followers.

Any tips?

You're just Following and Unfollowing? Or just following to get Follow backs?
As I'm a bit picky with my Followers / Following ratio - ugh.
 
what do you guys reckon is a good follower growth rate in insagram? Like how many people should I get following me per day??

I'd say this really depends on many things. You can't really say a number tbh. You have to maybe put it in relation with the time you spent for gaining those followers. It also depends on how many followers you already have.
