Fresh Ideas for a Video site

Hey guys,

I have a site that is doing about 2000+ visits a month. It's a site that simply posts one funny/amazing video per day. It's been up for about 4 months now.

The demographic that I'm targeting is males 16-24 (the kind who like Jackass!), I'm not totally sure if that is who is visiting the site.

I'm posting CPA ads on the site...however I'm not really making anything. I'm lucky to convert on 3-4 offers per month.

I need some fresh ideas on how to maximize my revenue.

Any thoughts?

Put up some content lockers on new uploaded videos, once they receive like 100 view's take it off. And so on..


For offers to use with content locker, use email or zip submits.

think about your target audience, try to understand who is visiting your site. I have a video site with 3000 visits/day and i convert at best 50 offers a month, video sites are kinda hard in the revenue side if you dont have a specific market and specific related offers, and what the hell is a related offer to jackass vids? hehe .. thats the problem.

If anyone has a vid site with nice revenue that can prove me wrong, i'd be very happy!

let me know if you guys are open to maybe walking away from the video stuff and entering the software niche (Ie microsoft office 2010, adobe acrobat, adobe photoshop, etc)...there's good money to be made
