I don't think you know how to create an account.
There are 2 reasons for this problem, if you created the mails from the computer, it will already be disabled.
and you should use old gmail.
If you object, it is already reactive.
 
OP's issue does not related to Google Ads, etc. It relates to creating Gmail accounts. So using old Gmail to create a new Gmail will be not applicable. By the way, I do not presently have any issues creating Gmails or Google Ads accounts.
But, may also be right, OP may be creating Gmails with an intention to create Google Ads accounts, in which case you are suggesting old Gmails, so I see your point on that.
I was trying to give OP some overall insights based on some random twice in a year for around 1 week each when any new Gmails created gets disbaled, then upon appeals, a few reactivated. Different people use different methods and strategies, so everyone's experiences are not always the same at all times.

With my new method unlimited accounts per day now. More than enough for all the work I do.

which one please ? Because i'm using GoLogin, it's one of the most popular but it's far from being amazing

I have tried with adspower and Dolphin anty three of my accounts got disabled within the day do you think switching to a premium version of adspower will solve this issue I am little bit spectacle I haven't found any mention of them providing any different fingerprint to the premium users what did you switch to and are you sure that the problem was the browser did you face any issues after switching yours and what is the uniqueness that you are getting because with both of these I am getting 100% which is not good to my knowledge
 
I don't think this is because your AD provider because I have the same issue when I buy numbers from 5sim/smspva as they resell them too many times.

As soon as I bought real SIM cards my Google accounts are still standing.
 
I make all my accounts on 1 phone without phone numbers off my 4G service provider lol, then switch them over to my browser of choice. (without google detecting the device it was made on so no issues signing in on any random IP/browser after) google is really glitchy if you test enough you'll find out many many glitches. Saves me money and time :)
 
40% of bots created accounts always end up being disabled. Number is the key. The more you create, the more you have.

is that true? how to judge the account disabled because "the session"
 
If you're using proxy, it's no surprise this is happening. I used proxies and VPN, and i do encounter such problem. Even after phone verification, google doesn't provide access to the account.

yes good observation, happens during the May-July period. Have been observing since 2020

What "session" ? I mentioned "season" and this "season" happens around twice a year and lasts for around 1 week each time. When do these seasons occurs ? No one knows : It just depends on how vigourously Google fingers their Google (and Google related) algorithms.
