I'm looking for proxies based in france. These proxies will have to work in google scrapping. I need about 100 a year.

Well, you can also look for proxy-lists and use a Proxy Checker tool to check which country they're from.
Sort them on country, and you've got proxies from around the whole world. =)

Sometimes I have French public proxies and Socks on my proxy platform.
You can use them for free. Just google "wiremask wireproxy" and then use the search engine.
