Freezing Popup

Hi anybody here who can tell me is there any tool available to create freezing window popup online ??

Get a real job and stop scamming people on the Internet.

The new browsers dont allow it.

You can either:
1) Make a popup with no "x" and an overlay over the webpage (but they can just close the tab/browser)
2) Send them into an infinite loop where no matter how much they hit the back button they go to a page of your choice (again they can just close the browser)

But you cant have noncompliant pages with updated browsers...theyve coded it out
