everyone who has had their assets frozen and disabled withdraw on these exchanges binance, huobi, gate, mexc, kucoin, coinbase,bittrex, poloniex,hitbtc, freewallet, dogechain...yes me It can be restored, as long as the account is genuine and the money is clean, no hackers

Usually the exchange will advertise as being non KYC to a specific amount and then block your withdrawal (even if it’s less than the advertised max amount to withdraw without KYC) asking for ID and whatnot. I think it’s because they hope you’ll just forfeit the funds. That’s why I’ve been going with P2P trading as much as I can.
