Freelancing/Sub-contracting services

New here but have been lurking for a while. Will be starting a ORM company at the beginning on the year. Trying to find some freelancers to start the SEO process when I get clients who are interested in that portion of the company.

My Idea which isn't anything new by standards around here is to build reputation by increasing their online footprint via google places, SEO, and the major review sites. There are so many businesses in my area that don't even have a website let alone any reviews on major search engines.

I'm looking to sub contract someone proficient in SEO and possible web design as this may be something we can work together on. Where do you recommend finding potential partners?

As far as cost is concerned when it comes to hiring a freelance SEO specialist. They range from $6 an hour all the way to $33 from what I saw. What is a reasonable wage and what is a "normal" "typical" length of time worked on SEO?

You can also check the Buy/Sell Services section of this forum and resell somebody SEO services, prices are very reasonable and you can make a good markup of their products. Some of the best ranking guys are on this forum.
