Freelancers needed (wordpress, design, content)

Hey there everyone!

Now I?m part of a growing Media & Marketing Agency based in Europe and we?re always looking for new talent! Being an avid reader on this forum, I've noticed that we've got quite a few talented peeps surfing around here?

So here?s what we need ATM:

- WordPress Freaks:
We love using WordPress for our clients projects and offer complete custom solutions or (the cheaper version) tweaking buyable themes. We mostly work out the details (layout, arrangement etc) by photoshopping a design until our client likes the look and then implementing those changes. We need someone who can not only customize a bought theme but can create a theme from scratch or edit themes (if needed) down to the very core!

- Logo Designers/Redesigners

- Content Writers(English only ATM):
Can your silver-tongued writing charm a cats socks off? Are people hooked at your ever word? Great! We?re always looking for content-writers and ghost-writers who really rock!

We prefer native English speakers due to prior experiences...

Okay, first of all thanks for all the PM's! I've been working my way through those.. but to those of you I haven't gotten around yet, I'll get back to you!

The Logo Designer position has been filled, we're still looking for web designers with intimate knowledge of WordPress...! I really need someone who can build a (fantastic) theme from scratch or rip apart existing themes and redesign those.

So far I haven't really found anyone who hits the spot...

Oh and please don't show me a portfolio with non-edited themes(at least ten people sent me portfolio work using a non edited elegantthemes design)or crappy design... Seriously, we cater to larger companies around the globe and don't need the kind of site you'd find for 5$ on fiverr.

Asking me for rates/budget etc before I even see what you can do isn't going to get you an answer. We definitely pay more than the going rates on elancer,freelancer,odesk etc... Which is why we need great coders&designers.

Plus I think I have to point out the overlooked statement in my Original Post: "We prefer native English speakers due to prior experiences..." I really meant that! If you don't understand what we need.. it won't work! I'll add German natives to that list, due to the fact that most of our team speaks German too.

And to all you content guys, I'll be contacting you this weekend!

P.S.: Word of advice, If you send me links to your prior work... make sure they're working! A lot of you guys sent me non-working links or 404s.
