Freelancer website - which offers the best AP?

Hey guys,

I am working on a freelance themed product and need a good AP.
From the research I did, it seems that the better the site is the worse the AP is.

I know that Upwork, probably the best site, does not offer any AP, which is a bummer.
Fiverr offers up to $150 one time payment
Freelancer offers something but the conditions are a bit murky...

Any experience with this? Are the sites which offer an ongoing % of the income the freelancer/client generated?
I've found freeeup to offer such a program but the site does not look too solid, seems to have low traffic.
