I don't understand why that is a troll. If I copy/paste an article which I have written to you, and you Google search it, does that mean I didn't write it? As he said, he was very busy and didn't have time to write you a completely unique article for free as a sample, so maybe he just copied one of his old articles so you could see his writing style.

Good one there! But, the site from where he copied is one of the top authority sites in my niche. And there is no chance, he can be writing for them.

It had to be written by someone, right? I don't see how you can be 100% sure he didn't write it. I just think it was quite premature to call him a troll. If anything, he is a liar and time-waster, not a troll.
Man, you are getting serious. It was for fun. I am in this niche for 2 years. I deal with writers all day., and I know all my competitors closely.
Still, I have replied him, lets see.
btw. no hard feelings about the word "troll", its just a funny thing for me.

I don't think a person writing for a big company will bid on my 1$ article project
Big companies are the cheapest people on the planet when it comes to hiring out basic services. Why pay a guy $25/hour to write an article for several hours, when you can outsource it for $1.00? Pick any big corporation in the world, I am sure they have people who work for them for $3.00 per hour.
