I'm looking for a freelancer that can run some back link reports on my website. And then suggest a strategy of what backlinks are needed to increase a natural looking website for google. Then even suggest who would be to build those back links out of the SEO link building forum section on Black Hat World. I have a small budget for this. Im looking for qualified people.
