I've been trying to post in the freelancer section.

Is this blocked to new members?

You can post a new thread there but you cannot respond, in there or via PM, to HAF threads unless you have an upgraded membership.

O.k everytime I try to post I get an error, that the post has been flaged

As @BassTrackerBoats said, if you have a free (yellow) membership, you can't respond to threads in the hire a freelancer or want to buy sections as only upgraded (premium [pink] or Jr. VIP [blue]) members are allowed to sell on the forum. This was explained in the sticky threads at the top of both of those sections.
