Freelancer Required for Anonymous Ecomm Magento Site Setup - VPS, Payment Gateway, TLD

I've got a magento open source built ecomm website being handed over to me by the developer. I need it setting up live on an anonymous VPS, need the TLD for the site sourcing and purchased anonymously and registered in a high privacy/security jurisdiction and a payment gateway setting up (have documentation for gateway - API and Webhook). Any freelancers that can do this?
