freelancer, odesk only for america or USA?

There is any freelancer site that I can find only america freelencers?
because odesk and freelancer is full of indian members and they alltime biding in my works and dont give to the americans any chances to get the work because they see too many bids.
Note- I need only americans people for the work, the offer is only for america.
im not racist!!

So... there is a freelancer site or forums only for americans?

On Internet you will never know who is who - thats globalization, so why waste your time on impossible tasks?

i need native americans, or some teens to delivery some flayers in the high schools at america..
Nothing to do about that?

I believe craiglist and alike are your best bet in such a case. Or flayers if you can visit the school.

you do not need an outsourcing site.
you need a local site...
like craigslist....
or better yet... go to local colleges and post an ad.

go to vworker dot com. there you can filter freelancers by geographical location and give the work only to them.
