Freelancer needed WEBSITE REDESIGN QUOTE

I am looking for someone to bring my website back from the depths and modernize the site. It currently is an amazon affiliate site with about 100 pages. I am looking for someone to redesign the site to make it better for mobile and keep the same url structure. So really just setup a new theme and make the site better looking. I will handle the onpage seo and all that. What do you think something like that would run me. If need be I can provide you with the url so you can give me a quote.
