Freelancer needed: Searching articles on google then posting on a web 2.0

It is the first time I am posting on this forum, I hope this is the right place and I am not breaking the rules of this forum. Please let me know if so, I will delete the post.

Basically, I need a freelancer to search a niche article on Google in English, then copy paste the English content into a translation website into French. Add an appropriate image, video, OBL, and IBL into French content, log into web 2.0, then post it.
Tell me how long it takes you to do this job for one post. How much it cost you per hour. You can PM me if necessary.
