freelancer design help

hello i want to earn money from freelancer in design set icon and background 2d and button graphics etc .....
but when i was seeing the offers of others seller
i saw a lot of characteristics such as (high resolution-commercial use-png\jpg\Svg-High-quality modern and scaleable icons for any size-Vector files (SVG, EPS)
is there a curse or guide or topice how can be help me to know all thing before starting selling on freelancer
i wish that my request was clear

I don't want to discourage you, but if you want to earn money as a freelance designer means you already are a designer... those are just file types - the most common file types in graphic design (jpg, png - for flat rasterized images and svg, ai, eps for vector images). Shouldn't you know already this as a designer?
On the other hand, if you are not a designer, but you want to become one, there are plenty of courses out there. I recommend the paid courses from lynda.com skillshare, schoolofmotion.com and motiondesign.school

i know how to design but what i want to some guide for freelancer design
for exemple commerciale use ?
