Freelancer.com Account Verification Logjam.

Freelancer.cum limited my Employer account shortly after paying Provider asking me to send verification docs. Problem is my account is in pseudo name without any verification documents. Should I just edit my profile with real name and verify account? There is some cash being held by Freelancer.cum Thanks
