i got tierd to move from guru, elance,odesk each time to watch new jobs, is there a software that acts like smart agent and can manage all my accounts and offers?

I have not heard of such a thing. Though I can understand your apathy. It can be really messy at times.

Not sure if I understand your post. What should this software do? Do your tasks or manage people who do your tasks?
