Freelance Sites For 16 Year Olds

im 16 with a valid paypal and all, i even have parental consent to what ever i wish to do within IM. I tried odesk, elance, freelance etc. msged them all and they all said i have to be 18, i even asked if i can sign up under parents name.. they said no. Even peerfly, the cpa network let me in with my parents info and all, same with google services such as adsence. I wanted to know if anyone can refer me to a network that i can use as a 16 year old or a network that will allow me to work under my parents name.
