Freelance Affiliate Marketers needed

Looking for experienced affiliate marketers to help recruit advertisers (we have the traffic, tons of traffic).
Tasks:
-find non-adult, non-gambling advertisers willing to advertise in an adult website with huge US traffic
-negotiate affiliate schemes (preferably Revshare or CPA/CPS)
-manage/improve campaigns´ performance
Details of advertising real estate, capabilities, limitations, etc. are to be discussed in detail with interested marketers.
Compensation: open to proposals, but combination of fixed + performance based is preferred.
Requirements: proven experience in affiliate marketing.
