[Freebie] Get $500-$200 CPC Adsense Keywords.

Look below for the keywords with all data.

I posted this same freebie thread here with a condition that I will give it to 200 BHW members, but within a span of 12 hours 200+ BHW members became interested.

The currency below is INR to convert it into US$ devide it by 67-ish.

The underneath CPC is AdWords CPC for search and the CPC being paid by Advertisers for display i.e. Adsense is 20% i.e. the Adsense CPC of the underneath keywords about more or less $100-$20 i.e. you earn $100-$20/click.

All US lawyer related niche very competitive. But from the list people can take the confidence of how much money we could make.

Very competitive but doable as the earnings are very high.
Later I will post more high CPC keywords in different niches and easier.

Anyway thread is copy/paste and this technique will not work, we are in 2019 I think.

Moreover, this keywords are like the keywords of early phase of my SEO Life! Thought i am gonna be f**** rich, had no idea how to evaluate the keyword difficulties.

So yeah, these keywords are no surprise!

Can anyone ELI5 how can you make money out of this? If you have following keywords on your web, the advertisers will use your AdSense space that pays this amount per click?

I would like to why moz? Why not kwfinder or longtailpro?

As far as i know, moz is basically used to spit out PA and DA! in terms of keyword dofficulty? Even ubersuggest shows better result.

MOZ shows kw difficulty.
SEMScoop shows kw difficulty along with how many word article required to rank first page of any keyword. You get get a free trial version of it.

I am into the Internet since 2003 man.

Unfortunately, keywords have very little to do with CPC cost.
It would a shame to see someone waste time making a site for 'settlement structure' and in the end have 0.0001¢ CPC.

If you have the following keywords this literally means nothing.
Users see ads based on many different things, not just keywords. You can build a site about 'structured settlement', but the ads would be about something completely different, based on user browsing history.

This is a good thread for those who want to see what AdWords costs would be (though, they can still check it in Google Ads dashboard), but has very little value for AdSense users. You never know what would be the ads that users will see, so aiming for a keyword just for the sake of high price is a waste of time.

Suppose a keyword is "BHW" and in AdWords the CPC for search is $100 so all Advertisers have to pay a minimum of $100 for SEARCH to show his ad on BHW keyword. Now Advertisers pay about 20% of the SEARCH CPC i.e. 20% or $100 = $20 in the DISPLAY ads and no Advertisers ads will show on DISPLAY ads i.e. Adsense unless he/she pays $20/click. So if a Publisher makes his site in the BHW niche and with 5% keyword density, his website will show BHW ads and he/she will get $20/click on those BHW ads if the visitors click on those BHW ads. But there are other keywords on that Publishers site and those ads will show too making a lower income per click.

So to make sure that he gets $20/click, he has to write his/her content in such a way that he/she does not tread on other keywords except BHW so that he always gets $20/click.

I work with people who followed the advice like yours and ended up wasting time and money on the website in some weird niche bringing no money at all.

This is not how the ads work, your calculation isn't right (AdSense takes up to 68% of your revenue), this list, unfortunately, has no value.

Here are a couple of things: keywords have some value in terms of ads, but also does search and browsing history, your social media & interests, GEO location and so on. Basing website around specific keyword just because Google Ads (AdWords) showed high CPC will never bring the expected result. This isn't the right approach to build a site with the purpose of making money by serving ads.

1. You worked with people who failed but they should not have.
2. Even if Adsense taking 68% of the $20 as the example case is so the Publisher is left with $6+/click which is much better than $0.01/click.
3. It is known of those factors but still keyword-relevancy is important to the Advertisers so Google pays 99% importance to the keyword-relevancy. People searching for dogs don't see and click on Web-hosting ads even if the other factors you said above are important. My above keywords are CPC of the global locations so Tier 1 regions will have much higher CPC and like wise Tier 2 & 3 will have lesser hence these CPC is an estimate not accurate, but you can run with estimates and get somewhat lower than $6+/click in some and may be more in some than having a $0.01/click.

Nutshell is that it is always better to work with high CPC keywords if your target is Adsense income than working with $1+ CPC keywords as there are many BHW BST sellers who earned in $xx,xxx from BHW just creating and selling $1+ CPC Adsense websites. $6+ CPC Adsense niche websites will be much better alternatives to the buyers.
