Carmamag...you would get way more people to buy the software if there was some sort of info on how to properly use it...not an ebook...more like 2-3 pages of : to do this- do that and so on...
I know u'r not doing support for the free version, but how could one test it and see how great it is and decide to buy the paid threads, if they can't make it work...?
I know my way around soft and PC and i could not figure out how it works(dont have the time either)...
i also dont want to ban my YT accounts buy blindly using the soft and not knowing what can be done and what can't!
Just my $2!!

i hear you but i beleive in live support and not in 1-2-3
many people that i gave them the 1-2-3 didnt success
and live support is given only to paid versions

i am also trying to get thumbs up tab working but not successful. I completed all fields as good as i could, not working. Also i spoke to OP, hes not offering support for free version, but how the heck to buy it if don't now if working; youtube's updates and so one, maybe just not working anymore
