It's slow because half of BHW is trying to get a free domain.Coupon worked fine but their website aint...website is slow as hell and popped up this error again and again...

But i am from India, actually i wronglly entered state on form, so it marked as fraud
address should be india too ?

I tested and it works. Im from uk and i got it without any problem. althought i had to turn of my adblocks.
Im guessing it only works for european and amercian IP.
Try this.
1.) Use Firefox
2.) download "HideMyAss" Extention
3.) change to European IP . UK , Germany etc..
4.) go to gen.xyz
5.) choose your desired domain
6.) go to checkout
7.) Fill in the details
8.) Enter the Coupon code
9.) enter any european address details.
10.) choose paypal as payment option
11.) BAM! bob's your uncle! you got your domain
