Free WP theme with resale right or allow to modify and distribute?

I am looking for a wordpress theme with resale right or allow to modify theme and re-distribute.

Anyone know any site which allow this?

Thanks but I know about themeforest, They do not allow reselling.

They allow to use theme with co-workers only.


If resale right is not possible then I can join theme re-seller program. If anyone know about wp theme reseller then inform me.

most of resellable (PLR) wp themes are just that bad. if you really want to (re)sell quality theme, invest some money to hire programmer or learn the coding and designing process by yourself.

I think you should invest a time to learn creating themes by yourself sir. This will benefit both yoursef and your clients as well. It will help you gain a knowledge in programming and it will help your clients achieve the exact theme design they want if ever you can modify it correctly. That way, reselling it will just be easy as you modify it more faster and more ideas will come up too.
