that's not really an easy thing to do. Any theme or plugin can have malicious code that can go undetected simply because there's no way for a malware checker to know when a portion of a PHP code is good or bad.

Exactly that. Don't always trust what an antivirus site says. People can ALWAYS make code look unsuspicious.

Not safe. Free Wordpress premium themes contain viruses that harm your data files and there don't have technical support.
