Many offers are here in BHW that can give you 6 months free hosting or even 1 year.

00webhost or whatever is popular, though keep in mind if you get too much traffic/use too many resources they will drop you.

Not planning on too much traffic to them, more for focused articles and links back to money site. But I have a plugin that will pull articles and post them.
