These are no follow links, and I can assure you have little value unless you're adding a ton of contributions.

There's a way to get links that stick to Wikipedia, but it requires an aged account with history (which you can find/buy online).

I literally said how one post above yours.

Basically, buy an aged Wikipedia account - one with a history of clean edits is preferable, it'll cost you a bit more but it's worth it since it'll go under the radar compared to an account with a past history of spamming.

You can't get a nofollow link off a user page, but just because it's nofollow - doesn't mean it doesn't have value (it won't add to your domain authority), but it will help you get pages indexed.
