I am looking for a FREE wiki account creator/submitter. All of these tools cost an absolute TON of money and I am not making a dime at the moment. So I would really like to start off with something free. It only supports a single proxy which wasn't working. Everything was timing out. It needs to support a list of proxies so it can move on to the next if a proxy fails.
