I just started a journey yesterday in which I want to speed up small/medium businesses websites, the benefits of having a 90+ grade and under 1-2s load time are well known, apart from higher SEO rankings the user experience it's improved which leads to more sales, lower bounce rate etc.

I need a small portfolio to start so if you have a wordpress website and you want to be faster, I need about 5-10 projects, and I'm willing to make them as better as I can for free( 50% depends on your hosting, but I got websites with shared hosting to load in 1s-1.5s , for lower time you need at least a dedicated IP and a free CDN plan - Cloudflare or Photon )

SO, do a test at gtmetrix or pigndom and if your website's slow, let me help you with the condition to show it in my portfolio. ( no adult niche please )

Why not just use a free plugin, they work well enough, you could do better? Nobody will give you access to their sites

Thanks for replying, yes I think I can do better than a free plugin. Optimizing images, moving scripts to footer, database optimization, gzip compression, minimizing redirects, giving tips etc.

I'm not here to steal niches or harm anyone websites, I prefer like business presentation websites for my portfolio but I'm willing to help anyone.

All due respect I think you'll struggle to find people willing to allow you access, it could be a nightmare for you if you are accused to doing something. Why not approach businesses in your area and build a reputation that way. Anyway good luck

I'm not intimidated, the idea is that there's no magic PLUGIN to make your website load in miliseconds, you have to take in consideration server response time, the size of data sent to end-user, requests number, the delivery order, hosting google analytics and other scripts locally, avoiding CPU hogs plugins etc.

It depends from site to site, the best it's to make an analysis and then solve each problems based on that.
 
free and fast anything good does not happen. it is better to overpay and always be sure of the result.
