I have a optimization on my website, the slider section does not appear on the mobile, I want to design the banner. Then you can see the traffic..

it doesn't monetarize you .. it is a weird traffic method

So you send people looking for job to your website? You have adsense or cpa, job affiliate , etc on website? Is website link public in job ad or do you send link only to people who reply to job posting?

I think I understood the OP point.

So, this is a list of websites where you can post a job, free of charge.

Your goal is to describe your job offer:
I need someone to fix my site slider, so it can be seen on a mobile devices.

Then traffic from freelancers coming to your website.

At first I thought I was having a stroke reading this thread, but I get it now after this post.

OP, not a bad idea for getting started. Here's a better twist for it:

1) Get a site with ads on it (PopAds, Propeller ads PPV/Pops)
2) Post a job offer saying your hosting is broken when a users loads 5 pages in a row.
3) The freelancers come, load lots of pages
You get lots of ad impressions, ez $$$.

5k, 10k?

Bet you wouldn't get more than 2k visitors in the best case scenario.

So, will the efforts be worth it?

No. The traffic will plummet in a week.
