Yes, blogger accepts custom domain.
You can set up your own blog on "blogger" and you'll get the free subdomain such as "your_blog_name.blogspot.com"
custom domains are never free (not with free hosting anyway), the other 2 are free

I think you must wait... I remember in the past (about 8 years or so ago) there was a hosting provider that I used (I think they were from Thailand, or Malaysia or something) that had the same waiting period (2 months), but if I paid them $20 they'd release the domain in 24 hours LOL

But I don't know how godaddy works since I never use these scammers, so I assume you have to wait. You can contact them and ask whether there are faster transferring options, but they'll probably try to rip you off... or say there isn't any... But you contact them anyway, there's no harm in that
