Free website and domain

So I have a website/domain that I want to give away for free. The only thing you will need is siteground hosting and namecheap. The domain is currently over at namecheap and it is hosted over at siteground. Basically I want to use the siteground migration tool explained here: https://www.siteground.com/tutorials/wordpress/wordpress-automatic-migrator/ to migrate the site. Namecheap will do a transfer to another Namecheap account. These are my requirements if you want this thing for free.

I will also include the social media accounts as long as they can be transferred.

Why am I giving it away? I have too many other websites and I want this to go to someone who will use it.

It is aged from 2/2016.

I have shared hosting plan on name cheap. So please provide me the files and database. I will set up my self.

Not really. It is free though. It is ranking for some keywords also. Could be used as a PBN or sell guest posts to people. I just do not want to mess with it.

Since it's built uppon Wordpress, all I need is a simple backup. No need for migration since ill rework the site for sure.

I'm interested in it since I'm already working on a niche around this topic.

I don't mind if you have a few links from the site to your next project also.

On a side note, the Siteground migrator works cross hosting I believe.

Namecheap wise, Namecheap is my goto so no issue on that.
