If you go to the directory you will see that hits are counted for each page.
 
Update: We have done a redesign and implemented some new features to Pagebin. I'm still open to any feature requests. I'm thinking of having some plugins made for various IDEs so that pages can instantly be created and edited from certain code editors like notepad++, dreamweaver, netbeans, etc.
