For the best results I suggest you to buy real hosting, some of them are pretty cheap and you don't get advertisements and some boring limitations to your hosting account.. 
Check out HOSTABLE, it currently promotes 3 years of hosting for 0.99$! Just remember to pay using Paypal so they won't autocharge you after 3 years... I bought it myself so I know it's legit and there's also a thread about that offer here in BHW, just search for it.
Sorry that I didn't answer your question about free hosting but I haven't used them so I can't give you any good advice regarding them!

Sorry but I only set up my own websites because if I set up a website for someone else and he/she uses it for some fishy business then I'm practically a part of it.. Nothing personal, I just want to protect myself! I'm sure you can find someone from BHW to set up the page for you..

If you search with Google "Wordpress Clickbank" the first link should lead you to Clickbank's website and there are listed some plugins for Wordpress. With them you can super easily add CB links to your WP blog If you have any other questions, just ask!

Godaddy has a really bad reputation and many people hate them but I have to say that I haven't had any problems with them and I've been using them for almost two years now! I have ultimate hosting account with them and I host something like 15 domains in that account. I also send mass mails and stuff so you will be fine with Godaddy.

Unlimited everything
I got a $50 facebook credit. So that alone put me $8 ahead.
After you sign up call them to cancel. I got everything they can possibly offer you PLUS another year free.
When you sign up go to google and type in "cheap hosting", find their ad in the sponsored listings and you will get a year for about $50. But before you sign up, be sure to choose a domain that you really want. Then back out! They'll discount their hosting even more.
Anyway, after you've been with them a few days call in and cancel because they won't let you. They will start offering you everything under the sun. EVERYTHING!
So to sum it up:
$50 facebook ad credit
Free domain
$42 for a year of hosting (which is actually better than free with ad credit)
"Please don't cancel freebies"
Another year when you call to cancel

Their chat support is packed with incompetent, retarded morons so always call their phone support. I discovered their cancellation policy when one of their chat morons pissed me off at the end of a long, bad day. I had already used the facebook ad credit and I didn't have anything to lose so I called to cancel my account. I discussed my chat experience with the customer service rep and he listened to me bitch for about 10 minutes then he asked "what would it take to keep you at FatCow?"
I told him that even though it was virtually free that it wasn't worth the frustration of dealing with their chat people. Then I said if you paid me $100 to stay with you I might consider staying but I know you're not going to do that.
He said, "ok, well let's get you taken care of". That's when he started giving me EVERYTHING.
You gotta hurry though. I think their initial cheap special ends in a little over a day.
