If you don't have issues with your current hosting, keep it. I myself have 3 hostings, 1 is paid and the other 2 are free, including this one. I keep my important sites on my paid hosting and keep test sites, redirects, etc on free hostings.
I guess the banning has something to do with blackhat activities.
Btw, their support is responsive, although they're not quick to answer inquiries. But they do answered my questions and helped me set a few things up.
My free hosting account is now working. Their hosting is in UK, I think...so, IP address is UK-based.

I've signed up...and replying to the email right after following the instructions provided.
How long will it take to setup the hosting account right after replying to the email?

This looks like one to stay away from because
- There is no such thing as "unlimited" when it comes to web hosting. It just means that their server is going to be slowing down because everyone can use whatever they want
- With more and more "black hats" using them, their server is probably not going to last very long when they are being abused
- Plain and simple, its free. No one has to pay them anything so they don't care what website they host.

Mine was setup the next day, right after I reply to their instructions through email.me too, i wait 3days but my hosting don't setup

It's true. That's is why it's important to note not to host important sites through this type of offer. One must have a paid and reliable hosting. Offers like this, should be use for other purposes such as test sites, etc.

I was supposed to signup, but after some research since I have no spare domains to test right now, I think it's stupid to signup with them.
