Free Watermark software

I'm looking for a free video editor software that can remove or overwrite other watermarks.

That would be quite a task for a free video tool. Even paid softwares do not have such a function. Obviously, you can use after effects to do it manually.. But i doubt someone would be able to give you an automated solution.. Be it free or paid
