I tried with my prepaid CC and they didnt accept. Is there any other website with free trial with no cc???

Check marketplace here for VCC offers. There are some with BINs accepted by Oracle, Azure, AWS, etc. Many of them have free tier option

Try azure or aws. 1gb of ram but if you get the Linux ones they should be fine for most tasks.

You need to use a real card credi/debit issued by real bank as well as details when signing up for a new account.
Prepaid cards won't work.
Also they charge & refund small amounts from time to time to verify.
There are other options with limited free trail like AWS 1 year, Azure, Vultr, DO, Atlantic etc in all cases most prepaid cards don't work.
These are mostly 1 or 2 months free trial which are sold in marketplace here.

Not directly vps, but rather ci/cd hosting platforms that are awesome yet free (you will almost never need to upgrade)..
- Cloudflare Pages (make backends with cloudflare workers).
- Netlify
- Vercel free tier (if your site is personal)
If you can deploy in any of these, your site will run faster than even mid size vpses, and will have a very low ttfb score. These are all seriously good, if you know what you are doing.

There are many free VPS services online. It depends on your needs and VPS specifications. Do you need only free windows VPS?

AWS free tier: 1 t3.nano/micro instance free for 1 year under AWS Free tier.
Google Cloud: 1 512mb small instance always free plan.
Oracle Cloud Free tier: 750 hours of free compute.
Fly.io: 3 512mb instances with 750hrs of compute combined.
Note: all plans require a valid CC.

The AWS and Oracle offer free VPS for students, and AWS offer if u have a credit card for autentication
